Save energy:

●The preform heating and blowing are on separated section, continuous preform transferring.

●The preforms are heated intensively, as the rotary machine heating type, improve the heating efficiency. 

●The high pressure air recovery system includes in the machine, the recycling air can use for the pre-blow or low pressure air supply, save energy. 

High efficiency: 

We improve about 20% output, the output is 1000-1200bph for each cavity. Meanwhile we low down the machine energy consumption, improve the overall energy utilization.

Preform Infeeding system: 

●The preform infeeding system is in single channel with less sensors for better infeeding. 

●The preform infeeding system is inside the machine, reduce machine configuration space.

Heating system: 

●Preforms are heated intensively, the cooling device and the cross ventilation protect the preform neck from out of shape, improve the energy utilization, and heating efficiency. 

●The heating oven outsize part can be turn over; it is easy to change the heating lamps.

●Adjustable position for neck change

●Modular oven, inverter control, fast start-up

Transfer unit: 

●The variable pitch device is controlled by servo for stable and accurate transferring. 

●It is Precise and gentle preform holding, and high transfer speed

Clamping unit:

●The clamping unit is controlled by servo motor to ensure the synchronization, stable running and precise location.

●Air pressure air pneumatic compensation for both side clamping

●No condensation on blow molds once the machine is not blowing bottles. 

●Less air consumption in model for clamping unit and stretch unit when no preform blowing.

A: Yes, we provide bottle design service, mold production and mold test for all customers, All the molds to custom are well test and checking, the molds are with high quality material, and guarantee life time 50,000,000 clamping at least in normal operation and regular maintenance.

Q3: When can I get my machine after I paid?

A3: We will deliver the machines on time as the date we agreed both side.

Q4: How can I install my machine when it arrives?

A4: We will send our engineer to your side as soon as you get all your machines ready , for testing and teaching your technicians how to run the machines. 

Q5: What's the delivery time?

A5: 45 days after the T/T deposit or L/C.

5.What is the package? Is it suitable for shipment?

Machines will be packed by standard wooden case. It is very much strong for oversea transportation. Preforms are packed by standard double layer carton.

6.Can you engineer come to our place to help with machine installation & commission?

Yes, our engineers are available to travel to your place, if you take charge of engineer's round tickets & accommodation.
